Quality policy
We provide a stable supply of high-quality powder products through the cryogenic and freezer grinding technique, using liquefied nitrogen produced by utilizing the cryogenic energy of LNG, thereby obtaining customer satisfaction and reliability.
We will maintain and develop the stable growth of our contract grinding business and thereby contribute to society.
We promote the following activities to meet customer and legal requirements.
- 1. We continue to manufacture high-quality powder products that meet product requirements, offer high-value-added market-competitive products and provide the best product prices to outperform the competition.
- 2. We strive to improve customer satisfaction by establishing and implementing an appropriate quality management system and continue to improve it.
- 3. We make our quality policy and quality goals known to all our employees and do our utmost to realize them.
We also review these goals on an annual basis. - 4. We conduct periodic management reviews to maintain the adequacy of our quality policy.

Chronology of activities
- 1985:
- Completed construction of the Cryogenic Grinding Center Resin Factory
- 2007:
- Obtained ISO 9001 certification
- 2009:
- Installed a new microscopic device to prevent contamination
- 2015:
- Introduced a proof screening system (screen and magnetic separator) for the mass production line to prevent contamination
- 2017:
- Introduced a laser diffraction particle size distribution analyzer to respond to an increase in finely ground products
- 2019:
- Introduced a local dust collector at the product filling location to prevent scattering of ground products
- 2020:
- Introduced an automatic packaging machine to expand production capacity and improve quality
Established the Quality Committee, consisting of management members, to strengthen company-wide quality control
- 2021:
- Established the Powder Quality Control Division (made independent from the production division)
Obtained ISO 9001 certification
We obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2007 and have been producing high-quality powder products.
