Osaka Gas Liquid Co., Ltd. obtains and uses such information as company name, individual name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information through its business activities.
We recognize that the proper management and protection of such personal information are a serious responsibility of us. To fulfill this responsibility, we establish rules regarding the handling of it in our internal regulations and ensure that all employees are familiarized with the proper handling of it.

Information submitted by job applicants and employees is used solely for recruitment and labor management during employment.
Disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
We do not disclose or provide collected personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When we have obtained the consent of the person
- When we disclose and provide personal information to subcontractors to the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use
In such cases, we supervise the company to ensure that appropriate management is carried out, such as stipulating the handling of personal information in the outsourcing contract. - When we disclose and provide it as information edited to be anonymous or other personally unidentifiable information

・Copy of passport
・Copy of health insurance card
・Copy of My Number Card (front side only)

・One of the identity verification documents of the person listed in (2)
・As identification of the representative, one of the documents listed in (2)
・Power of attorney provided by the person and a certificate of seal stamped on it.
(if the representative is the one determined by law, a copy of the family register or certificate
of adult guardianship)
After confirming your identity, we will respond by providing electromagnetic records or issuing documents.
In addition, we charge a prescribed fee if it is necessary for replying.
